【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationoftheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofunderfiredbroilers.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectanunderfiredbroilerandunderstanditsenergyperformance.Thistestmethodisapplicabletogasandelectricunderfiredbroilers.Theunderfiredbroilercanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):Energyinputrate(see10.2).Temperaturedistributionacrossthebroilingarea(see10.3).Preheatenergyandtime(see10.4).Pilotenergyrate,ifapplicable(see10.5).Cookingenergyrate(see10.6),andCookingenergyefficiencyandproductcooktime(see10.7).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
