【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performanceandlabellingofshell-inmortarsandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedasshell-inmortarsofcategory3inEN14035-2.Itisnotapplicabletoshell-in-mortarscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(II);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedasmassfractionofsulfuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTEInEN14035-2,shell-in-mortarsareclassifiedasfollows:—briefdescription:assemblycomprisingashellinsideamortar,fromwhichtheshellisdesignedtobeprojected;—principaleffects:projectionoftheshellandsubsequentburstingoftheshellcaseathighaltitude,withejectionofanypyrotechnicunitsproducingvisualand/orauraleffect(s).Schemesfortypetestingofshell-in-mortarsandbatchtestingofshell-in-mortarsarespecifiedinAnnexAandAnnexBrespectively.
